All orders must be placed in writing. (We do not accept phone orders.)

An order confirmation and working order number will be supplied for all orders. A proof will be supplied, if applicable.
Orders do not go into production until payment is received.
Production begins once a dated approval and payment is received.

PRICING:
Prices for garments listed on our site include an embroidery of up to 5,000 stitches or a one-color silk screen in a single location, unless otherwise noted, or on products under $25.00.
Setup fees are additional.
Please submit your company logo/graphics for a cost estimate.

PAYMENT METHODS:
All orders must be prepaid. You may pay by credit card, check or money order. Work on orders paid by check will be held for check clearance. We regret that we cannot do work on a COD basis (Cash On Delivery).
Pricing quotes do not include shipping or applicable sales tax. All prices quoted will be subject to adjustment after 3 months from the date of the quote.

If you are placing an order on-line and would rather not submit your credit card information, please include a telephone number so that we may call to complete the order.

We respect your privacy.
We will never sell, rent, trade or give any identifiable personal information regarding our customers to any third party.

Returned Checks/Credit Cards:
You agree to pay the cost of collection of fees which are charged to us by banks and third party agencies:
Returned checks and credit card fraud/charge backs are subject to a $35.00 fee.

GUARANTEE:
DETAILS CALIFORNIA CUSTOMWEAR strives to satisfy all of our customers. If you are not delighted with your order, give us a call.
We will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Custom orders are not returnable as they are ‘made to order’.
All sale merchandise or specially discounted items are sold as final sales only.

SHIPPING:
All items are custom made to order and will require payment in full prior to delivery unless otherwise requested. All orders are FOB Glendale, California.

We ship via FedEx Ground In the U.S. and Canada unless otherwise requested. International orders ship via the carrier that you request. We strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping prices and postal delivery times vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays. We have no control over delivery times of the shipping courier once the product leaves our facility. All merchandise becomes property of the buyer once the order is shipped. We are not liable for any delays due to acts of natural disasters.
